If a product is in stock, it should only take 2 to 7 business days within the continental United States for you to receive it. There is no charge for shipping and handling on merchandise ordered online using our regular shipping process. If you need an item sooner, please contact us for information and shipping costs.
Return Policy
On General Merchandise you have 30 days to get your item back to us for a refund from the day that you receive your item in the mail. On Loose Diamonds Special Ordered Online you have 14 days to get your item back to us for a refund from the day that you receive your item in the mail.
Shipping and Handling Fees and any modifications from the original condition are excluded from the refund. The item must be in its original and new condition to avoid any additional restocking fees. There are no refunds on special order merchandise.
Returning Your Product
To return your purchase Contact Us to get a return authorization number. Please include the return authorization number on the inside of the package, and once we receive your item we will issue a refund (excluding any shipping and handling & modification fees).

It takes between one to eight weeks to get an item back into our store if it is not currently in stock.
